Posse Comitatus

A worrisome development on the Posse Comitatus front: DoD ramps up collection of domestic intelligence. I thought this kind of overlap of authority for domestic intel - FBI? CIA? DoD? - was supposed to have been resolved after 9-11? Using military units to beef up border patrols is also very questionable in terms of PoCom, assuming that wasn't just a one-off training mission.
