So, does this invalidate Hamas' status as a "valid, democratically-elected government" yet?

I don't see anything in the Palestinian constitution about "he who has the most guns, rules", although that's how its working out.

As some Palestinians are grimly joking, this appears to be the Two State solution discussed previously.
