Aug. 28th, 2004 11:25 am* I note with sadness the apparent demise of U.S.S. Clueless, one of my favorite blogs. I suspect Steven is just burned out after writing entries almost daily for 3 years. I hope he keeps his archives up, though, since there's a lot of interesting ideas therein.
* We got a nice thank-you note today from one of the soldiers in Iraq who we sent a box of books to via the Books for Soldiers program.
* Another software application I think worth mentioning that I use is the HTTrack Website Copier (free). It basically allows you to download the contents of entire pages or sites. I use it for sites which have large reference files, or just places I like and don't want to have to rely on Google's cache or the Internet archive in case a site suddenly goes *poof*.
