...is being planned by al-Qaeda somewhere in northern Pakistan right now. Bank on it. There, they've got secure havens, training camps, cooperation with local authorities, and no Western intel presence, just like Afghanistan during the '90s.

Unlike 2001, though, next time we can't say it came out of nowhere.
