BHS Blog Doctor has some strong words to say about hospices. I don't know if there really *is* an ideal answer to be had as to what to do with what his post references as "crumbles," although I can understand his frustration with the UK medical care system basically wanting to farm them out and get them out of the system, using the 'hospice' angle to try and do that. Definitely interesting reading.
