new party for '08 elections?

Interesting populist idea (a new party promoting centrism and a mixed slate of candidates from each party), but its a long way to go to even getting on the ballot.
It does have the kind of party name you'd expect to hear in Israeli or European politics, not sure how that'll play in the U.S.
