PSU sniper (history)

While I was riding the bus to work yesterday, I saw a car with a bumper sticker reading "Virginia Tech alumni." I got to thinking how I would have felt if the mass shooting had happened at Penn State...and then I remembered, something similar happened at PSU a few years after I graduated from there. Not of the same magnitude, certainly, but not forgotten, either.
