Gas prices

tagrynGas at our local Safeway in Waldorf (MD) dipped below $3 for regular today, at $2.99/gal.
According to http://www.gaspricewatch.com/ the gas prices in Santa Clarita CA (just outside LA) is $3.19 for regular, while in Fredricksburg VA its $2.83. Virginia and Delaware always have cheaper gas than MD, it seems.
The problem isn't lack of oil/gas, its lack of refining capacity.
